Warranty

Our electronic cigarettes and accessories are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects only. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or usage based defects caused by mistreatment, negligence, or misuse. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to, items dropped; items broken inside a pocket, purse, or bag; or items left in a car and exposed to extreme heat.

No warranty is offered on our advanced products such as vape MODs, atomizers, or their related accessories. These items are intended for advanced users who have a working knowledge of how electronic devices work and have access to the necessary safety tools. Proper precautions should be taken when using these items as to not cause damage to them or harm to you.

To start the warranty process, send us an email to customerservice@vaporwidgets.com. We will reply back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, you can ship your item back to us postmarked within the 30-day time period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange, so please act timely.

Your item, along with the receipt, should be sent to Vapor Widgets, 12754 SW 88th St, Miami FL, 33186 with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. We will not accept any packages that do not have the RMA number clearly marked on them. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you if it has been approved for an exchange. If approved, we will send you a replacement item via prepaid ground shipping. Depending on where you live, shipping time may vary. Items returned under warranty will be exchanged for the same or equivalent item.

Returns

Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the undamaged original packaging. And have been purchased within a 30-day time period. You must also have your receipt.

Several items are exempt from being returned even if they have been unused such as e-liquids, cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks, mouthpieces, coils, and/or any other items that could present a health hazard if restocked.

If approved, your store credit will be processed. Your store credit will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. As indicated above, shipping costs are non-refundable.
